Glenn Jacobi

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Glenn is an experienced musical performer, conductor, arranger and educator.

Since 1998, Glenn has had much experience working as a Musical Director with his "Glenn Jacobi Orchestra" aboard 6-star, luxury cruise lines including Oceania Cruises, Crystal Cruises, and Royal Caribbean International, travelling across the globe. 

Glenn's international experience also includes having lived and performed in Tokyo, Japan, as well as travelling each summer to Spain to perform with Los Krokodillos, a new-wave traditional jazz band from Barcelona that are regulars on the European jazz festival circuit.

Back in Australia, Glenn is the musical director of the Itty Bitty Big Band as well as performing with groups such as Wacky, La Gran Banda and Peter Hooper's Royal Garden Jazz Band.

Glenn is also involved in school and community education, currently teaching Trombone and Tuba to private students. He was Band Master of the Hahndorf Town Brass Band for seven years, and received a Young Australian of the Year award for his services to the community through music.
